Overview

The agent cannot find/view a specific function tab on the screen.

Process

The functional security has control over what tabs a user can see and run. 

1. Navigate to File > System Maintenance > Functions > Function security Maintenance.
2. Click on the user you wish to add the function tab to.
3. Drag the missing function from the Available Functions to User Function Access.
4. Reorder them, if required.
